GGI conducted weekly Project Updates, staffing planning, contract preparation, marketing activities, and strategic planning, to track high-end residential, Chelsea galleries, and institutional work. GGI developed a Financial Management System using innovative forms and methods.

GGI, in work with this multi-talented Design-Build firm, helped develop and carry out special design and construction services. GGI clarified and developed procedures for the design/ construction work processes and the Design-Build contracts. He led strategic planning with the partners.

GGI served as Managing Principal with a firm providing services in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, and Preservation. GGI clarified services at offices in NY, DC, LA. GGI helped organize and administer World Trade Center site planning studies for the New York New Jersey Port Authority.

GGI helped guide strategic planning for firm growth and development from ten to thirty, including project management, standards, financial systems, proposals, contracts, and DBA Handbook preparation. GGI organized an AIA/CES lecture program on environmental/sustainable design.

GGI provided programs in Leadership, Project Management, Financial Planning, and Quality Improvement. ECA has become the leading firm in building management reviews and provides distinguished residential and commercial design. GGI monitored ECA’s substantial firm growth.

Fox & Fowle Architects 1994
Glenn Garrison helped improve F&F operations and at the same time developed his GGI practice providing Project Management Reviews on proposals, financial, scheduling, documents, owner requirements, and consultant coordination. Plus he prepared the F&F Office Handbook.

Philip Johnson Architects 1994
Philip Johnson and Glenn Garrison worked together to develop a financial system to achieve improved fee budget methods for PJA. Based on analysis of current and previous projects, they found that Philip Johnson's design methods provided highly efficient, effective work productivity.
